Blocking my SIM card

If your CHmobile SIM card is lost or stolen, you should have it blocked as soon as possible to prevent unauthorized use. Once it’s blocked, your number can’t make calls, send messages, or use mobile data.


If you think someone might be using your number without permission, it’s best to block your SIM card as a precaution.


To block your SIM card, please contact us. Our team will block your SIM card and, if needed, arrange a replacement.


After your SIM card has been blocked, your number will be temporarily disabled. You can order a replacement SIM to keep your existing number.
Please note that once a new SIM card has been ordered, the old one can’t be reactivated.
