Suspend or cancel your plan

We’re sorry to hear that you’re thinking about cancelling your plan — but before you go, did you know you can temporarily suspend your CHmobile plan instead of cancelling it completely?
This way, you won’t lose your number and can easily reactivate your plan whenever you’re ready to use it again.


Suspend your plan

If you don’t plan to use your mobile services for a while, you can pause your plan for up to 12 months.
During this period:

▸ Your mobile number stays reserved for you.

▸ You won’t be billed any monthly charges.

▸ You can reactivate your plan anytime before the suspension period ends.

To request a suspension, contact us.
Our team will explain the exact terms and confirm when the suspension starts.


Cancel your plan

If you prefer to cancel your CHmobile plan, please contact us by phone.
Written cancellations or online requests cannot be accepted.

When you call, please have your customer details ready so our team can process your request quickly.


Notice period

The standard notice period is 2 months to the end of any month. Example: If you cancel on 15 August, your plan will end on 31 October.

▸ If you have a minimum contract duration, cancellation is possible only after that period ends — then the 2-month notice period applies.

Early cancellations are possible but may incur an early termination fee and a processing fee.


Switching to another provider

If you’re moving to a new provider and want to keep your CHmobile number, please contact us first.
We’ll confirm your earliest possible cancellation date to ensure the number transfer goes smoothly and without extra fees.

Avoid any service interruptions by checking the date with us before you sign up with your new provider.
