Mobile network abroad
When you use your CHmobile SIM card outside Switzerland, your mobile services (calls, SMS, and data) are provided through one of our international partner networks.
We work with carefully selected roaming partners to give you the best possible coverage in most countries. However, the quality and availability of the network abroad may vary depending on the local provider and your location (for example, in rural or mountainous areas).

While CHmobile aims to ensure a seamless experience, we cannot guarantee the same network performance or reliability as in Switzerland, since the connection abroad depends on the partner operator’s infrastructure.
If you experience issues with mobile data, calls, or SMS while abroad, try the following:
▸ Restart your phone or briefly enable and disable airplane mode.
▸ Make sure roaming is activated in your phone settings and in your my CHmobile account.
▸ If the problem continues, manually select another available network in your phone’s network settings.
