SIM blocking due to unpaid bill
Your SIM will be blocked after being sent several reminders by SMS, e-mail and post. You will notice that the network name Sunrise is no longer visible at the top of your mobile phone. If you think you have paid all of bills, please check this in my CHmobile under "Bills and Usage". Outstanding bills are highlighted in red.
Once you have paid all overdue bills, your SIM will automatically be unblocked. Please note this can take up to seven days depending on the payment method. If you encounter any problems, chat to our support team about it. Click on the green Chat icon at the bottom right on this page.
