Calling your mailbox and adjusting settings

Calls forwarded to the CHmobile mailbox when you're abroad are charged at the standard rate for calls in Switzerland.


Mailbox password

You need your password to check your mailbox from abroad or from another phone. If you do not know your password, call your mailbox at 076 333 33 33 from your mobile phone and press 9 to access the menu. Then press 4 to access the "Password" menu item. Now you can create a new password (press 1) or have your password sent to you by SMS (press 2).


Mailbox settings

Call your mailbox at 076 333 33 33 from your mobile phone and press 9 to access the menu. Here you have the following options: Change your greeting (press 1) Mailbox password (press 4) Mailbox language (press 5) Caller information (press 6)


Mailbox help

Call your mailbox at 076 333 33 33 from your mobile phone and press 0 to go to "Help." Then follow the instructions.


Mailbox storage

Maximum number of voice messages: 15 Maximum length of voice messages: 2 minutes Length of time that new/saved voicemail messages are kept: 8 days


Forwarding to mailbox

Calls will be forwarded to your mailbox if your mobile phone is turned off or is out of range, you are on a call and a second caller is trying to reach you, or you don't answer a call.


Ring time before call forwarding

You can choose how long your phone will ring before a call is forwarded to your CHmobile mailbox. Key combination: **61*+418607xxxxxxxx (your mobile number) 30 (number of seconds) # Call button example:61*+41860763333333**30# Call button

Ring time options in seconds for the key combination: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30


Direct call forwarding

You can also forward calls directly and continuously to your CHmobile mailbox: To activate: 21 086 + your mobile number 07x xxx xx xx # To deactivate: #21#
