Tracking my order
Consignment number
Once your SIM card has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with a consignment number.
You can use this number to follow your delivery directly on the Swiss Post website: Track your order on post.ch
⚠️ Important note: There may be a brief delay between the time the consignment number is issued and when the order status is updated on the Swiss Post website. If you can’t view your delivery status on your first attempt, please try again a few hours later.
Delivery time
Your SIM card is usually delivered within 1–2 working days after your order is confirmed.
If you ordered an eSIM, you won’t receive a physical card. Instead, you’ll get activation instructions by email and in your my CHmobile account.
Didn’t receive your SIM card yet?
If it has been more than 5 working days since you received your tracking email and your SIM card hasn’t arrived, please contact our customer service team. We’ll be happy to check the status for you.
