When you complete your CHmobile order, you automatically receive a copy of your contract by email. You can also access the contract at any time in My CHmobile.

How to view or download your contract in My CHmobile

Follow these steps to access your contract at any time:

① Log in to My CHmobile
② On the home page, select the subscription for which you want to view the contract
③ Click Plan details
④ Open the Documents tab
⑤ Choose View to open your contract online or Download to save a copy

💡 If you have more than one plan, the contract is stored under the corresponding subscription. Simply open the correct subscription to view it.
