Change your contact details
You can update your contact details at any time directly in My CHmobile.
Keeping your information up to date ensures that you receive important notifications about your subscriptions and bills.
What you can change online
You can edit:
Contact e-mail address
Contact phone number
⚠️ Your name and date of birth cannot be changed online. If something is incorrect, please contact us.
How to update your details
① Log in to My CHmobile
② Go to Settings → My profile
③ Select Edit next to the information you want to change
④ Enter your new e-mail address or phone number
⑤ Save your changes
Your details will be updated immediately.
