If you have forgotten your original SIM PIN or need your PUK code to unlock your SIM, you can easily find both of them in My CHmobile.

Where to find your PIN and PUK

① Log in to My CHmobile
② On the home page, locate the subscription you want to manage
③ Click Plan details
④ Scroll down to the section SIM Details
⑤ Click Show SIM Details — your PIN and PUK codes will appear

⚠️ Important information:



  

    ▸The PUK code is required if you enter the wrong PIN too many times
  

  

    ▸The PUK code cannot be changed
  

  

    ▸After unlocking the SIM with your PUK, you can set a new PIN on your phone if you wish
  

  

    ▸Entering the PUK incorrectly too many times will permanently block the SIM
