Transfer to an already set-up iPhone
You can also transfer your phone number after setting up your new iPhone as follows:
① On your new iPhone, go to Settings > Mobile Service > Set up mobile data or Add eSIM.
② Select the cellular plan you want to transfer from another iPhone. If no list of numbers appears, tap “Transfer From Nearby iPhone”.
③ Follow the instructions on your old iPhone. Tap “Transfer” to confirm. If prompted for a confirmation code, enter the code shown on your new iPhone.
