How to pay via QR code

Every CHmobile invoice comes with a QR code that lets you pay quickly and securely, without typing long reference numbers. Just like the old red or orange payment slips, the QR bill includes a receipt and a payment section, but now, all the important details are stored directly in the QR Code.

💡 Additionally, you can generate a new QR code directly on the Bills page in your CHmobile account. Simply click on the 'Pay' button next to your bills.

How to pay with your smartphone

① Open your banking app.

② Select QR payment.

③ Scan the QR Code on your bill.

④ Confirm the payment.

How to pay on your computer

① Log in to your online banking.

② Choose the QR payment option.

③ Scan the QR Code with: your computer camera, or a connected QR reader

④ Authorize the payment.
