Bill delivery methods
You can choose how you want to receive your CHmobile bills directly in My CHmobile. You can switch between available delivery options or activate paper billing at any time.
How to access the bill delivery method section
① Log in to My CHmobile
② Open the Bills section in the navigation bar
③ Select Settings
You will now see all available delivery options for your subscription.
Available bill delivery options
Email billing (default)
▸ Bills are sent to you by email
▸ Free of charge
▸ The most environmentally friendly option 🌿
💡 To make sure you receive your bills correctly by email, log in to My CHmobile and verify that your email address is up to date. Update it if needed.
Paper billing
If you prefer to receive your bills on paper, you can activate paper billing in My CHmobile.
▸ Paper bills are delivered to your postal address
▸ This option comes with a fee
▸ You can disable paper billing anytime to return to email billing
eBill (online banking)
eBill allows you to receive and pay your invoices directly in your online banking app or website.
Important to know:
▸ eBill must be activated from your online banking
▸ It cannot be enabled or disabled in My CHmobile
▸ Once activated with your bank, your CHmobile invoices will appear automatically in your eBill inbox
▸ For more information, visit: www.ebill.ch
ℹ️ If eBill is not activated yet, you will see it as Disabled in My CHmobile.
