Billing address
Your billing address determines where your invoices and official documents are sent. You can review and update it at any time in My CHmobile.
Check your billing address
You can see your current billing address directly in My CHmobile under Bills → Settings.
The address is displayed in the Billing address section.
Update your billing address
If you have moved or need to correct your details, you can update your billing address easily.
① Log in to My CHmobile
② Go to Bills
③ Select Settings
④ Scroll to the Billing address section
⑤ Select Edit
⑥ Update your postcode, street and house number, then save your changes
Your new billing address will be used for all future invoices and correspondence.
ℹ️ Your billing address must be a valid Swiss address. If you use paper billing, please make sure your billing address is correct so your invoices reach you without delay.
