How to access your plan overview

① Log in to your CHmobile account.

② On the Home page, locate the subscription you want and click Plan details below it.

③ You’ll land directly on the Overview page.

Plan details explained

You will find several different sections on your Overview page. Let's break each one of them down.

Amount (Your monthly costs)

In this section, you’ll see what you currently pay for your CHmobile subscription. You’ll find:

▸ Amount / month: the standard monthly price of your subscription.

▸ Lifetime discount: any lifetime discount applied to your subscription.

▸ Total: what you actually pay per month after discounts.

❗️  This total includes your subscription only. Extras such as roaming or premium charges are not included. For full details, check the Bills page.

Product details

This section gives you an overview of what’s included in your subscription, both in Switzerland and abroad.

▸ Subscription ID: this corresponds to your CHmobile phone number.

▸ National: here you’ll see what your plan includes in Switzerland.

▸ International: this card shows what’s included when you’re abroad and which zones or countries are covered.
