Log in to My CHmobile
Your My CHmobile account gives you quick and secure access to manage your mobile services online — such as checking your plan details, updating personal information, or viewing your invoices.
To access your account, go to the login page or visit www.chmobile.ch/en and click Login at the top right corner of the page.
If it’s your first time logging in, you’ll be asked to set up a password as part of the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process — a quick security step that protects your account with both a password and a verification code.
How to set up your login with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Follow these steps to complete your first login setup:
① Enter your CHmobile phone number or the email address you registered
Type in your CHmobile number or your registered email address in the field shown on the screen.
② Enter the registration code you received
You’ll receive a 6-digit code:
▸ by SMS, if you log in with your CHmobile number
▸ by email, if you log in with your registered email address
③ Click on “Create password”
This will allow you to set up your personal login password.
④ Create and confirm your personal password
Enter your new password and confirm it in the next field.
Your password must meet the following requirements:
▸ At least 8 characters
▸ 1 capital letter
▸ 1 lowercase letter
▸ 1 special character
▸ 1 number
⑤ Registration complete
Your multi-factor authentication setup is now complete.
From now on, each time you log in, you’ll enter your password, and then receive a verification code (by SMS or email) to confirm your identity before accessing your account.
