Ordering a new CHmobile number
If you don’t have a mobile number yet or simply want another one, you can easily order a new CHmobile number when you join us.
How to order your new number
① Choose your offer
Visit chmobile.ch to explore all our mobile offers and select the plan that best suits your needs.
② Enter your personal details
During the order process, fill in your personal information such as your name, address, and date of birth.
③ Verify your identity
For legal reasons, you’ll need to complete an identification step before activation.
You can do it right away or later in your my CHmobile account.

④ Select “New number”
When asked whether you’d like to keep your current number or get a new one, choose “New number.”
You’ll immediately see your new mobile number on the screen, and if you prefer a different one, you can click the refresh icon next to the number to choose another one before completing your order.
⑤ Track your order
If you selected a physical SIM card instead of an eSIM, your new SIM will be delivered by post within 1 to 2 working days.

⑥ Activation
Once your identification is confirmed and your SIM is delivered, your plan is automatically activated and ready to use.
